What is Boot Camp?

At Ocean Blue Fitness you will experience an amazing transformation both physical and mental as fitness becomes an integral part of your life.

Boot Camp is a fitness program designed to challenge you to achieve your personal best. Each workout involves both cardiovascular and strength training activities. This combination is essential to building muscle and burning fat. Class formats vary but generally involve calisthenics, games, challenges, partner activities, running/power walking, and athletic drills.

Although some classes make use of equipment such as medicine balls, bands, TRX suspension trainers and Bosu balance balls, most training is done utilizing only participants body weight. You will learn how to get a great workout with little to no equipment. Boot Camp exercises will make it easy for you to take your workout anywhere anytime.

You are going to love the fun and variety of boot camp workout! Having fun will keep you coming back and that is the key to getting results. Encouraged by your coach and motivated by your peers you will push yourself to achieve a higher level of fitness. It is never too late to be in the best shape of your life!
