It all starts with an individualized plan…

The first thing you’ll notice at Ocean Blue Fitness is that we take the time to get to know you. From learning about your goals to assessing your movement with the Functional Movement Screen we are tuned in and listening, ready to develop a program that will move you toward your goals. Fusing concepts from both the Pilates world and the fitness world we have the knowledge and tools to work with a wide range of individuals. While members range in age from 12-80 we are uniquely well suited to an older adult population.  Our trainers work with members as they train for the demands of life so that they can continue to enjoy their favorite activities as they age.  Additionally they are well equipped to work with those suffering from arthritis and other aches and pains.  We frequently assist members as they prepare for or recover from joint replacement.  We truly believe that it’s never too late to be in the best shape of your life.  Many of our members realized the need for fitness guidance after years of inactivity, doing “it” on their own, or having fallen out of the fitness habit.  We are able to meet them where they are and develop engaging and fun programs to get them stronger, improve their balance and flexibility and keep them injury free.
