Membership at Ocean Blue Fitness is a truly unique experience. Each of our members is evaluated utilizing a Functional Movement Screen and a strength training program is then developed to meet their individual needs. Members train with coaches in groups of 3 or 4 where they are provided with intensive instruction and guided through their workouts. Training in groups is motivating and fun and allows for great flexibility with scheduling.
At Ocean Blue Fitness you won’t find rows of treadmills and machines with trainers counting reps and adjusting your seat position. We believe in training the body the way it was designed to move. We design engaging and effective workouts utilizing a solid scientific approach. With individualized programming for everyone from the most beginner exerciser to the college athlete we have you covered.
